The current staff strength of Parhit is 168. These include 64 full timers and 104 part timers. Among the full timer staffers, five are in senior position, 12 in middle position and the rest 47 at field level. The full timers include 45 men and 19 women. Infrastructure

Parhit is run from head office at Gwalior. There are three field offices. All the offices are modestly furnished and equipped with office automation equipment. There are vehicles for mobility of the staff.
